Let’s talk Christmas wishlist or better yet, let’s talk about how much we LOVE the detail on these sweaters. Which one or all? Decisions decisions.
The bell sleeve, frill, and ruffle trends are on fire this season. You can find them on cardigans, jackets, dresses, pants, and more. These three sweaters are perfect examples of these styles and I have to have them all.
Two of them come in different colors which is awesome! You may just have to buy one of each. There is a great knit front and round neck. There are two v-necks with different lines to add to the look. All are under $100 and you can find them at Nordstrom now. Hurry and buy as their inventory has been flying off the racks. I kid you not.
The neutral palette is beautiful and I can’t wait for these to be hanging in my closet. I will see you soon you beautiful things!
A quick mini series from this past weekend. Sorry for the delay, but life and the kids come first!
Earlier this year I found this great Zara top. I love this top. It is a mix between sweatshirt and sweater and is so comfortable. The color is amazing and the sleeve is extra long, which is perfect for that cold weather. I wish it were still in inventory, but sadly it is not. Great news is I linked some other great pink options. I will also keep my eyes open for the new Winter Collection at Zara.
This look is super cozy. The top really makes the look. The rest is just icing. I have my trusty HUE leggings my with a great long cardigan/vest. Don’t forget my Minnetonka boots. I know UGGS are the typical go to boot and I own two pair, but my Minnetonka is so great. It is shorter which is better for my calf and it very durable. The custhion is also unreal. If you have never owned one of these shoes or boots you are missing out. They also offer a super cute kids collection too!
The is simple and sweet. The pink really pops the outfit. I say if you are going to wear color, make it pop. Have fun this season with the beautiful colors that are out. If you have more spring like colors and tops you want to wear throw those into the mix. You can layer anything right now and make it work.
Audrey Hepburn made the little black dress famous when she wore it in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Who doesn’t have a little black dress in their wardrobe! This one happens to be $21.00. The A line asymmetrical ruffle and pleated dress with three quarter length sleeve, lays beautifully on the body frame. I don’t know about you, but I had to have it. I was not disappointed when it arrived. The fabric was so beautiful and it definitely didn’t look like a dress at this price point. I added my new heel in the rich burgundy, silver and black color palette along with my gold hoops and I was ready for any elegant event.
What I like about this dress is it looks good on any body size. I’ve learned that price points on garments can be an asset not a deterrent to great style. I mean who can beat this dress and shoe look for just over $75.00 or any price point for that matter!!!
Ruffles and frill are so on trend right now. I love the flirty spirit of them and the delicate perspective they add to a piece of clothing.
I guess my Texas roots are coming out a bit with these pants, but I can’t help myself. The frilled detail on these faux suede pants is on point. Ladies, you don’t have to be a cowgirl to get the details of chaps! They are so chic and feel amazing. There is a zipper at the inner ankle that can add a whole new dimension to the look too.
My cut out shoulder top adds elegance and edge at the same time. The black is so perfect with these pants to dress it up and provide that wow factor.
I debated wearing a necklace, but thought the frill on the pants and the jewels would be too much. I could not stop myself from wearing this embellished headband. It is beautiful and stands out with little effort.
