Swoon! Isn’t this top dreamy? I was walking the racks and came upon this beautiful knot back sweater. The deep v and the peek-a-boo at the bottom are sexy, elegant, and sophisticated. As holiday parties are fast approaching it is time to start thinking about your outfit. Below are a few tips to help you get started.
You can never go wrong in black.
Add a little detail that will wow the guests. The detail on the back of the sweater is one way. Another is through a change in color. The red velvet heels add a nice cheery touch to the all black.
Texture is a good thing. My pants and shoes are velvet. This material adds a richness to the look. To be honest, when I think of the holidays velvet is always on the list.
Do you have any holiday go to outfits?
This one is definitely on the list. Now all I need to do is find a LBD.
I know I have been posting a lot of ruffles and frill lately, but I can’t help it. I love everything about them.
My top is a find from last year that is still available. You will love this bell sleeve, off the shoulder top so much. It is $14 right now! Can you believe it? Buy this right now! Seriously!
Blue on blue is so pretty. The colors are light and airy. My skinny jeans are a good wash and go so well with this top.
A cute bootie enhances the look with the heel and double zipper. These are DV (Dolce Vita) at Target. I was surprised to see this brand in Target, but like I have said before their buyers are bringing their A game. The shoes are comfortable, chic, and affordable. Thank you!
Gold is so glam. I have been playing up all of my gold jewelry recently. Some long drop earrings, a layered necklace, and a power watch pull this look together along with my trusty aviators and a great phone cross body bag. I actually wore it as a quasi fanny pack. Something fun and different to change things up a bit.
This is such a chic look that will be good for day or night and can transition well between all seasons!
