Summer Finds

June 27, 2018

Hi gang! I know I have been MIA. I wrapped up the school year and went on vacation for 3 weeks. That was a nice and much needed break. By the way, my vacay recap will be up on the blog soon. Stay tuned!

While on vacation my business partner/mom was on the hunt for stylish on trend pieces that would work well for me. Plus, it happened to be my birthday and I sure do love presents – shhh! She found three dresses (2 are maxis) and a jumpsuit. They are all so cute and come at a great price point. The only high dollar piece is my LV Empriente bag. I sure do love Louis!

These pieces are casual; however, with a change of shoe and jewelry could be dressed up for a nice dinner or GNO.

You know that I love my long and flowy dresses. The black and white stripe is different with the change in pattern. It is slimming and comfortable. Plus, it has pockets which makes it that much better! The blue and white off the shoulder ruffle is a light weight material that is so soft. This is perfect for summer and those hot days.

Jumpsuits are on trend this season. I probably bought five or six in the past few months. I love a good jumpsuit for many reasons. The most obvious – no sticky leg in the hot heat. It happens so just own up to it. You also get a more fitted look to show off your figure. This one is beautiful with the embroidered detail and vertical stripes. The pattern looks almost like a seersucker and you will love the cinched waist.

I normally don’t wear too many short dresses or shorts, but this tie die dress was too cute to pass up. To combat the length I sized up for extra inches. It is a fun navy and white print and the strap attaches with a beautiful wood circle. The breezy look is a must for this summer.

Hope your week has been great. The family is still recuperating from our trip and we are almost back to “normal” again.
