The sale goes live to the public tomorrow! You will be so impressed with the inventory remaining/restocked on some of the most featured items from early access. I rounded up some of the top items that fall <$300 that you don’t want to miss out on.
Also, I am breaking down those items in categories for easy scroll too! Mind you, I have not truly looked for my kids and husband. I have been too preoccupied finding new fall/winter clothes for myself. As the sell continues be on the lookout for more roundups in these categories!
Let me know if you need help finding anything too!
Beauty Haul!
I am dark headed and have pretty fair skin. Don’t get me wrong – I tan very easily, but am normally a white girl if I don’t tan. That being said, I have dark hair too. I have had laser hair removal on my bikini/underarms/face and it has worked great. I do have some other areas I want to address and I am excited to try out my Illuminage Kit at home. Suggested use is one time per week for 6-7 weeks in that specific area. I will keep you posted on the results.
I am really excited about my Charlotte Tilbury pretty glowing skin palette. This has everything you need from blush to powder to contour. It is a gorgeous palette and is currently half off! Plus, you get a free gift with purchase too.
I don’t know about you, but my house sometimes does not have the best lighting. I decided to try the Impressions Vanity LED Make-up mirror. I can’t wait to see how this works and am really excited about the compact kit that comes with it! It has lighting ability too.
Accessories
A girl can never have too many accessories! I found two great pair of hoops. One in silver and the other is gold with a star silhouette inside. I am a big hoop girl partly because of my dark and the length. Plus, they are always statement pieces with any outfit depending on the design and size. You guessed right…these babies are big hoops too! Yes!
I also picked up a two tone crawler earring. I really like these as they are a burst and have some bling. I plan on wearing these with both formal and casual attire.
Bauble Bar always has great products. Instead of earrings I opted for a gold knot bangle cuff. I have big plans for this bracelet and can’t wait to share it with you.
I could not pass up the leopard scarf and felt hat. I mean these are a boho, hipster, edgy gal’s dream. The hat comes in brown and black, but has been selling fast. The scarf is really cute and will be a big hit this season as anything animal print is fair game! Oh, and it is under $11.
Kids
Like I said, I have not truly shopped this category during early access. I did do a quick scan of shoes because I love Nordstrom for kids shoes and picked up a few pairs for my gang. Anything sparkle goes so I found a cute mary jane and some combat boots that will make my little angels happy.
I had to get the pink pumas because they were too precious not to snag. They are under $30 and are delicate in color so they don’t look too masculine for everyday wear or with a little dress.
The boys were in desperate need of more running shoes and grabbed some Nike’s. I like the color blend on the toe and the fact that they have velcro. One of the boys has mastered tying his shoe, but the other still is not confident with that step. We will get there and until then we have these =)
Pants
I am all about the high waist, lift, and comfort and it reflects in my choices! Two pair of spanx and a lysse that are the bomb. One with a white stripe down the outer leg, faux suede with a tie detail on the ankle, and another in camo print. These lift and tuck in just the right places and can be worn dressed up too! Perfect styling if you ask me.
There are two joggers. One is more casual and in blue. I saw these and thought they would be perfect for lounging and travel. Then I found a fun black pair that spoke to my inner fly girl. They have block/shadow lettering on one leg. These have just enough funky to wear out with your cool attitude.
A little flare, capri, and button up jean round out this category. The flare is a tweed that runs big and is really a fun pant. The button up jeans are so comfortable. They are a throwback in style, but are very flattering on and you will love them. The plaid capris will be a big hit this season. Plaid was everywhere and these are a simple pattern with their black and white combo.
Intimates
What can I say except spanx you! Two form fitting colors that are on mega sale and under $40. They are thigh shaping and tummy conscious. Every girl needs a pair so go ahead and splurge.
Tops
From sporty to casual to all wrapped up you will love these tops. The sweaty betty and adidas are great athleisure pieces that you will wear even when you are not working out. They are comfy and the cuts are very attractive on.
The turtleneck is a steal at $15 and comes in many colors. This will be a staple this season and you will be layering it a lot.
The striped tee looked to comfy to resist. I like the length and style. It will be on repeat with many casual outfits so be on the lookout.
The two wraps are so amazing! The knit lightweight comes in several colors and I took home the tan and lilac. They are a shorter cut and complement all the high waisted options. The sweater is one of my faves. I bought it bigger for a loose look and I really like the way it gathers in the front with the wrap/tie detail. It also comes in a beautiful coral too!
Jackets
Jackets, cardis, leather oh my! Guys the outerwear is amazing this year! I came home with a gorgeous lilac trench coat that was a splurge, but so worth it.
You don’t want to miss this versatile faux leather jacket with an adjustable hoodie. Also, keep you eyes peeled for these cardis. A knit plaid and gorgous ribbed lilac cardigan that will be perfect for those chilly days and that extra something.
For that extra smart look – jk, I found a beautiful colorful tweed jacket with a dainty detail. This is perfect for jeans or trousers. The plaid blazer is so chic and will be a great layer with jeans and white tee. Seriously can’t wait for fall.
Don’t forget the fleece pullover. This is a very HOT item and is on everyone’s radar. If you are need of a good lightweight option you need to buy this before it is too late. The zip up option has not been restocked yet.
Dresses
Body hugging and a little sex appeal are the appeal with these dresses. The body shaping dress comes in black and lilac. I have both and will wear these a lot and plan to layer with one of the cardigans from above. They scream look at me, but will also be tasteful with the layering. If you are heading out on the town ditch the layer and throw on some strappy heels to rule the night.
The denim midi is so whimsy. I like the cut out sleeve and flow to this dress. It will be a great piece to have as you transition out of summer. I see myself in this a lot!
Shoes
OMG, ya’ll the bootie is back and even better. You will find a ton of colorful options, stud detail, and assymetrial options. I really could have bought almost every pair I saw, but then I remembered my husband and knew he would not be happy if I maxed out our line of credit on 100 shoes. Ha! The same details are also heavy in the loafer and mule options too. They really it did good when they designed all these babies.
All in all this sale is amazing and should be perused online or in store by you. There are several top designers that are offering deep discounts. I know some of you are on a budget, but consider the cost per wear instead of the cost of purchase. You will get your money’s worth and be able to take a lot of these pieces on for years to come.
I am thrilled with my purchases and am not planning on getting anything else for the fall/winter. Now it is time to purge and donate/sell some of my older pieces. Now, the big questions is do you want to shop my closet on Instagram or Poshmark. Comment below with your opinion.
Hope you have great luck shopping the nsale.
xo,
Vanessa
