As a fashion and lifestyle blogger this could not be more true. A smile is contagious and can capture the heart of others. If you have not noticed, I wear a smile most of the time. You can tell by my smile if I am being real, am excited, or faking my way through the day. It is one of the first things that is noticeable in a photo or in a person. For me, it is an important part of my business and my overall perspective of life.

They offer the ease of time, comfort of your own home, and remove an obstacle for many who are afraid to go to a dentist office and have work done. When I was first approached I was immediately interested in this product, but did not think I would be an ideal fit. I must admit – I am not a coffee drinker and I do not use tobacco products. I am a social drinker and do partake in the occasional soda or tea. I did wear braces growing up and my dentist did do a zap of whitening after they were removed to help with the scarring from the braces. For the most part I would say my teeth are pretty white.

Let me outline my experience for you! You will be amazed at how is easy, fast, and user friendly it is to use!

1. Answer dental history

2. Receive a molding kit along with your whitening and desensitizing gel a few days later

3. Build molds (5 minute prep time, 30 minute hardening time, 1-2 hour dry time)

4. Complete form identifying trays and opting to receive additional gels at a discounted price and mail back to Smile Brilliant in included envelope with label

5. Receive custom fitted whitening trays and storage container up to a week later

At most this prep work took two weeks and I was ready to begin the process of whitening my teeth. I whitened my teeth every other day for 30 minutes to one hour and thirty minutes for five to six weeks. My teeth are sensitive when I receive dental work, but did not require me to use the desensitizing gel at all through the whole process. I brushed my teeth prior to each use and went about my day. Some days I even shot photos for the blog wearing them. Great right?!

Within the first week I noticed a change in my teeth. I was pleasantly surprised that my teeth were reacting to the product in a positive way. The biggest surprise was the before and after photos.
